Our Electronic Health Records System provided by Convergent Medical, allows our offices to instantly share data among them. We provide our patients the ability to proactively monitor their charts and patient information though our Patient Portal. Every Exam room has a terminal, allowing both nurses and physicians to update your charts, without the typical delays of using paper charts. We can electronically send your prescriptions to your pharmacy of choice, electronically transmit all lab work back to you via secure email or though your patient portal, and allow you the ability to schedule follow up appointments.
